We believe our volunteers are a great asset to our organisation and we appreciate the time and commitment that they give to us either as Welfare Rights Assistants, on our Board of Trustees or assisting us with administration duties.

 

Whatever role you decide to undertake we will provide you with a full induction and comprehensive training to support you so you have a rewarding experience with us. 

 

We aim to provide you with the information and skills necessary for you to carry out your role to the best of your ability which will enable us to continue to provide our service users with the high, professional service they expect.

Due to the nature of your voluntary role, it is a condition that all volunteers have a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Certificate. This cost of this will be met by the Benefit Advice Shop.
