Drop in advice, no appointment necessary 


We are pleased to announce that from the 23rd May 2024 we will be at the Festival Church, 200 Victoria Road, Prestatyn. LL19 7TL every Thursday between 10am and 1pm. 


From the 1st May 2024 the office in Rhyl will be opening on a Wednesday for drop in advice

The door will be open every Wednesday between 10am and 2pm

We will not be able to complete any forms during the drop in. If you need help with a form call the office on 01745 345 145 to book an appointment.   


We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a grant from the Alex Ferry Foundation. We would like to thank them for their support.

The Benefit Advice shop will be closed from the 21st of December 2023 and will reopen on the 2nd of January 2024.

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a two year grant from Gwynt Y Mor, the offshore wind farm to assist the communities in the costal areas of Conwy to Denbighshire.

This grant will enable us to assist additional clients.
